Description:

We are seeking a talented Casualty Broker to join Marsh. This role will be based in one of our larger Marsh offices in the US. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will join an insurance-market-focused, fast-paced team. Expertise in designing custom insurance programs, outside the box risk transfer structures, building and maintaining market relationships, client service, and familiarity with digital platforms is ideal.

We will count on you to:

  • Acts as lead advisory colleague on medium sized, less complex books of business.
  • Develops an understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provides advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
