Job Description
The Advocate Group are exclusively supporting a growing FMCG business in seeking a commercially astute Category Manager to strengthen its Category & Insight capability.
This is a high-impact role supporting across both UK and International territories – the business is currently performing very well delivering significant growth across all channels (both UK and Internationally).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse category and customer performance using NielsenIQ, Kantar and retailer data platforms
- Identify performance drivers across distribution, ROS, pricing, promotions, NPD and seasonality
- Deliver actionable insight to support JBPs, sell-in decks and commercial strategy
- Evaluate trade activations and promotional effectiveness
- Monitor competitor activity and innovation pipelines
