This is a fabulous opportunity for a Category Manager - HR Services and Indirects who has end-to-end experience in the HR category.
You will be responsible for analysing spend data, market data and trends and innovation as well as leading complex tender activities and developing multi-year Category Strategies, supporting your stakeholders throughout the process.
You will have excellent negotiating, influencing and communication skills and proven experience in developing and leading HR category whilst being happy to pick up other indirect categories if needed.
Hybrid working (1-2 days on site).
