As our new Motor Insurance Category Manager, you will make an impact by:
Being the subject matter expert for all motor insurance products at UW
Managing product performance to ensure we deliver good customer outcomes whilst achieving the UW target financial results
Managing the product development and product governance processes, including delivering Annual Product Reviews and Fair Value Assessments
Working with the Product / Engineering squad to define the product roadmap
Being the point of escalation for all complex product queries, supporting our wider teams across customer service operations, compliance and technology
Managing insurance supplier relationships
Conducting market research and supporting the insurance strategy process
