Catering Chef & Manager - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking an experienced Catering Chef & Manager to lead and manage large-scale catering operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior hands‑on role requiring strong culinary expertise, operational leadership and excellent client‑facing skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of independently managing on‑site catering events while consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee end-to-end catering operations from planning to execution
• Manage on-site catering events independently ensuring high service and food standards
• Lead menu execution and coordinate kitchen and service teams during events
• Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth and professional experience
• Build, train and manage the catering team to support operational needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards
