Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Catering & Hospitality Supervisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity oversees the day-to-day operation of the Planet Café and First Light Pavilion Café, together with event hospitality at the Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for: 
A strong food and beverage offer: Help deliver a high-quality café and event service in a welcoming setting.
An effective team: Supervise and motivate team members during shifts to ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently met.
Operational excellence: Support implementing best practice, health and safety compliance, staff development, and monitoring of effective stock and financial processes.
