**Your Day to Day**

As Catering Sales Manager, you will responsible for driving business through direct sales solicitation and support overall catering and events revenue for the hotel. You will liaising with clients on the logistics and event management for meeting events and any related accommodation. To build up powerful customer relationships that deliver repeat business. Consistently strive to develop relationships with new and repeat booking customers to increase revenue and demand. Proficient in the application of all sales and catering booking systems and processes to maintain customer profiles.

+ Work closely with Banquet and other departments to facilitate services agreed upon and to ensure the overall success of the event.
+ Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include all hotel departments.
