Catering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, service, and presentation of food  and Hospitality to a high standard
• Supervise and support team members, providing confident leadership and promoting a positive working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas
• Coordinate the preparation, setup, delivery, and breakdown of events, functions, and hospitality services.
• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
• Contribute to hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions
• Accountability for following and championing allergen controls
• Support management with planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
