Catheter Process Engineer - Startup & OEE Improvement

Becton Dickinson is looking for a professional to support the startup, validation, and stabilization of a catheter production line in Singapore. This role involves hands-on engagement to optimize processes and achieve targets in output, quality, and OEE.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and 3-7 years of relevant experience, along with skills in SPC, OEE, and Lean methodologies. A strong problem-solving approach and 70-80% shopfloor presence are expected.
