Michelin is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support order and financial processes, ensuring excellent customer experience and internal compliance.
Mission
Guarantee correct implementation of processes assigned, supporting the team's activities.
Responsibilities
Order entry: assist customers with daily orders, follow up with carriers and warehouses, and mediate with sales and logistics.
Communicate with AR specialists to resolve invoice errors and support the D2C financial process.
Alert customers about service commitments, delays or failures and seek solutions.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
Process OSDs and corrections following Michelin policies and rules.
Verify disputes (pricing, discount, tax) and resolve claims using the Oracle Trade Management tool.
