Job Description
We seek a skilled CBT and DBT Therapist for in-person therapy focused on mental health in Barrie. Concentrate on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and 3-5 years post-graduate counseling experience. Responsibilities include crafting treatment plans, monitoring progress, and consulting with clinical teams. Registration as a mental health provider and fluency in English or French are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver CBT and DBT for client therapy
• Design and evaluate effective treatment interventions
• Follow professional guidelines and ethical standards
• Collaborate with clinical team on cases
• Implement measurement-based care technology
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Mental Health or related field
• Required clinical registration for therapy services
• At least 3-5 years clinical practice experience
• Knowledge of trauma/PTSD counseling beneficial
