*Average pay:* $1,290-$1,580 weekly
*Home time:* Every three weeks
*Experience:* 3 months or greater CDL experience
Overview
* Haul dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers.
* Some loads require hand loading and unloading.
* Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
* May be required to drive at night.
Pay and bonus potential
* Hourly pay. Stay out incentives available the longer you stay out.
* Earn at least $1,325 in weekly guarantee pay.
* Weekly performance pay.
* $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
* Paid orientation.
* Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
* Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
* Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
