REPORTS TO: Delivery Supervisor

HOURS: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (Local delivery career with home-daily routes)

Start a career as a professional driver without paying for CDL school. Wil Fischer provides qualified employees with the training and support needed to earn a Class A Commercial Driver's License.

During the training period, the CDL Driver Trainee works alongside our delivery team, learns our products and customers, assists with deliveries, and completes the required preparation to earn a Class A CDL. After successfully completing training and meeting all licensing requirements, the employee may transition into a CDL driving position based on company needs and successful completion of the program.
