In this role, the CDL Yard Driver will be responsible for transporting waste and hazardous materials between Clean Earth facilities in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Clean Earth policies. This role may also be required to operate switchers to dock or reposition containers and other large items using warehouse equipment to assist.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Safely transport waste between the TSDF, 10-day and Transportation garage using the following equipment: tractor, trailer, tanker, roll off frame, box van in accordance with all local, State, Federal, FMCSA, DOT, and company safety guidelines.
- Perform warehouse duties related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of waste materials, and general facility duties.
- Load, unload, move, or store items according to delivery, routing documents or supervisor’s guidance.
