Draw up a plan to develop/procure components with vendors within time, cost and quality objectives
Vendor analysis and rationalization for capacity assessment, time frame agreement
To ensure the material and tooling cost are settled within the budgeted values
To support pricing cell in cost estimation activities component wise and details costing of the components/new part Sharing RFQ’s (Request for quotation) for getting techno-commercial proposals from vendors.
Responsible for Quote synthesis preparation.
Plan to develop/procure components with vendors within time &cost and objectives. Effective co-ordination with the Design team to ensure first time right and end delivery of product
