Job Description

Responsibilities:
Perform routine mammalian cell culture, including maintaining, passaging, expanding, and cryopreserving primary cell lines
Execute flow cytometry assays to evaluate antibody binding and immune response to modified cells
Support immune-based assays, including ELISA and co-culture systems (e.g., MLR assays)
Handle and process porcine tissue and blood samples, as well as human-derived biological materials, following BSL-2 safety standards
Prepare reagents, maintain lab inventory, and ensure proper lab organization and sterilization practices
Document experimental procedures and results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Assist in optimizing and refining protocols to support ongoing research and compliance needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field
3+ years of laboratory experience
