. To prepare from only high quality authentic BANGLADESHI & SOUTH INDIAN cuisines

. Knowledge of herbs and spices, cook Bangladeshi and Indian dishes dishes in its traditional way.

. Ensure that all the foods are freshly prepared and the food standards are met.

. Introducing new dishes and menus.

. Monitoring and controlling stock levels and inventory.

. Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.

. Possesses the unique authentic curry taste for our customers

. Experience in Bangladeshi and South Indian cuisines is a must

. Monitoring portions and waste control.

. A deep understanding of authentic food preparation.

.Capacity to work under pressure during the extremely busy period with 400 to 1000 pax
