Central Sterile Supply Technician (SPD)

Currently recruiting Central Sterile Supply Technicians (SPD) to provide sterile processing support services at Naval Medical Center San Diego in San Diego, California. Services will be provided Monday through Friday, with coverage between 6: 00 a.M. And 5: 59 a.M., based on department needs, with coverage mostly needed during nights. Shifts will normally be scheduled as 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, or four 10-hour shifts with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break. Typical shift coverage may include PM shifts such as 12: 45 p.M. To 10: 45 p.M. Or 2: 45 p.M. To 10: 45 p.M., and night shifts such as 8: 45 p.M. To 6: 45 a.M. This is an opportunity to support surgical readiness and patient care in a military medical center environment.




DUTIES OF THE CENTRAL STERILE SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (SPD):
