Job Description
Job Scope:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both centres to achieveenrolment, retention, conversion and service targets.
- Lead, coach and motivate Customer Service Officers to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students, handling enquiries and resolving feedback professionally.
- Manage student enrolments, class scheduling and centre administration.
- Work closely with teachers to ensure a positive learning experience for students.
- Monitor centre performance, drive enrolment targets and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and service standards.
- Prepare operational reports and support company initiatives and events when required.
