Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Certified Medical Assistant Lead (CMA), you take a leadership role in the department, acting as a trainer, resource and mentor for other Medical Assistants and staff.

Every day, you will a

ccurately preform preliminary physical tests such as:measures blood pressure, records weight, temperature, pulse and respirations and other measures as directed by established clinical protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical knowledge, technological fluency, genuine compassion for patient well-being, and an adaptable spirit keen on continuous learning and collaborative teamwork.

Direct and guide back office staff in monitoring and expediting workflow.

Handle medical supply inventory, orders, and cost control.

Greet and prepare patients for the health care provider.
