Job Description
Position: Certified Medical Coders - Outpnt & ED ()
Location: Bronx, NY
Pay Rate: $/hr
Schedule: : AM-: PM
Requirements:
-High School Diploma/GED, AHIMA, RHIA or RHIT and/or CCP, CCS.
-Three years experience Knowledge of ICD
- Knowledge of coding guidelines, payor guidelines, federal billing guidelines
-Must possess proficient computer skills (, MS Word, Excel, ICD CM, CPT , Encoder)
-Must have CCS and knowledgeable with M/HDS coding application. Outpatient and ED experience.
-knowledge of anatomy, physiology & disease processes
-Ability to research coding related issues
