CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - Full Time, Evening Shift (2CU) ($2500 sign on bonus!)

The Certified Nurses Aide performs direct and indirect patient care services under the direct supervision of licensed staff. Supports Hospital's mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensures quality and safe delivery of resident care.

2. Participates in the interdisciplinary team meetings and reports observations and makes appropriate recommendations.

3. Actively participates in the implementation of direct resident care in accordance with the care plan. 4. Completes daily resident assignments efficiently.

5. Accountable for resident safety throughout their shift.

6. Provides supervision of assigned residents and accountable for location of resident throughout shift.

7. Ensures resident's overall appearance reflects good personal hygiene and appropriate dress.<...
