Job Description
Pharmacy Technician
Valeo Resources has partnered with a national pharmacy management organization in Pittsburgh, PA. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Pharmacy Technicians to join the team on Penn Ave in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be working with the LGBTQIA+ and HIV community in a Ryan White funded pharmacy to provide medications for those who are struggling.
Location: East Liberty (Pittsburgh, PA 15206)
Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)
Responsibilities:
- Dispense and fill prescriptions
- Customer service and checking out patients with medications
- Data entry and insurance verifications
- Ensuring that the person picking up the prescription is the person the prescription is intended for
- Quality Assurance
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Must have pharmacy experience in retail (CVS, Walgreen, Giant Eagle, etc.)
