CRNA Opening in Detroit, MI Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking a CRNA to join a high-performing anesthesiology team in a Level I Trauma Center. This role offers a dynamic inpatient practice environment, strong compensation, call incentives, and a generous sign-on bonus. Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting Deliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a high-acuity trauma environment Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage Respond within one hour when on-call (2-hour minimum callback) Accurately document patient encounters in EMR systems Maintain compliance with credentialing, regulatory, and clinical standards Support staffing needs within the department
