            Work Dates Needed: ASAP - ongoing 
Preferred Schedule: Weekdays 9a - 7p and 8a - 4p  Weekends 12-hour shifts 7a - 7p 
Worksite Setting: Hospital 
Scope of Work: Level II Trauma,  Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab, ***NO OB***NO TRANSPLANTS*** 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active FL license, must have trauma experience 
EMR: Medaxion
