Schedule:
* Day Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Call Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM
* Call Type: OR & OB, Primary and Secondary
* Call Response Time: 20 minutes
Clinical Setting:
* Supervision: By MDs
* Number of Providers Per Day: 6
* Case Types:
* ENDO
* OB (approx. 400-500 deliveries/year )
* Pediatrics
* Urology
* ENT

* GYN
* Ortho
* EMR: Plexus
* Caselogs Required: Yes (must show proof of epidurals, spinals, blocks)
