About the job CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for managing the company's financial operations and strategies. CFO oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, ensuring the company's financial health and alignment with its strategic goals. The CFO also plays a key role in risk management and advising the CEO and board on financial matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensuring sufficient cash flow to meet the company's obligations and investment needs. Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Managing the allocation of funds for long-term investments.
- Overseas procurement functions of the company and ensure all purchasing policies and procedures are adhered to.
