This is not a traditional CFO appointment. The role is a finance transformation leadership mandate focused on rebuilding the finance operating system to enable faster closes, stronger data integrity, and board‑ready performance visibility across a complex, high‑growth business.

The CFO will shift Finance from a reactive, post‑close reporting function into a real‑time enterprise performance and decision support engine, driving accountability across Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
