You will support the industrial land and infrastructure needs for the data centre industry to meet evolving digital infrastructure needs. Your role includes driving industry development initiatives, strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring optimal land use to support Singapore’s long-term competitiveness as a global data centre hub.

Account Management: You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including lease or tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, building and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies. Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.
