Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Clerk to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll while ensuring employee compensation is accurate and delivered on schedule.
Review time records and payroll data to identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections before processing.
Calculate earnings deductions taxes and other payroll adjustments in accordance with established guidelines.
Maintain employee payroll information and collaborate with human resources on status and compensation changes.
Support audits reporting requirements system updates and continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations.
