Chairperson for Arts and Design

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chairperson for Arts and Design located in Metro Cebu. The Chairperson will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices in the field of arts and design. Responsibilities include managing faculty, collaborating with industry partners, promoting innovation in curriculum design, driving student success through mentorship, and supporting institutional goals. The role also involves overseeing the department's operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree related to Arts and Design
• Leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Ability to actively collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree or higher in Arts, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
