Change Analyst (Contract role)

Role

We're looking for a Change Analyst to join a tech programme on a 6-month contract, with genuine potential to extend. You'll be embedded in one of the critical workstreams, working closely with an experienced Change Manager to drive change activities across a diverse and engaged stakeholder group.

Responsibilities

• Running and refreshing impact assessments across the programme in collaboration with impacted teams
• Engaging stakeholders at all levels - Senior Leaders, frontline and back office staff - to keep plans moving forward
• Developing and executing change comms, engagement, and sustainment plans
• Supporting demo sessions with subject matter experts
• Formalising the change roles across the programme - what it means to be a great sponsor, people leader, and change champion - and driving buy-in from those groups
• Collaborating with other specialists on the workstream to align on activities
