A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Change Implementation Consultant
Position type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 6 Months (Possi. Ext.)
Location: Chandler, AZ / Charlotte, NC / West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
As a Change Implementation Consultant, you will:Manage client-facing, less complex projects for E-Bill Express Client’s Payment Gateway and other solutions Apply project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establishing timelines and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery for our clients Accurately document the status of projects, risks, and blockers as defined in procedures Provide training to clients and internal parties as needed Escalate project challenges to leadership, Sales, and other parties as needed Support strategic and team initiatives The ideal candidate will have:
