The Role
This is a senior Change Lead position responsible for defining and delivering an enterprise-level change management strategy across a significant transformation programme.
You will provide leadership across all change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring a cohesive and stakeholder-centric approach that enables successful adoption and sustained outcomes.
Operating as both a strategic leader and hands‑on practitioner, you will move seamlessly between setting direction and delivering key change initiatives, particularly in complex or high‑risk workstreams.
