Job Description
**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Change Management Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end change strategy and execution for the SAP S/4HANA transformation across CTO businesses. This role ensures business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of new processes and systems across multiple geographies. The incumbent will operate at both strategic and execution levels, partnering with program leadership, Process Implementation Leads (PILs), and business stakeholders to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Develop and execute an integrated SAP change strategy from business readiness through sustainment, including business readiness assessments, scorecards, and go-live sign-off.
+ Define and track adoption KPIs, while aligning SAP role mapping with processes, access validation, and segregation of duties.
