This role sits at the intersection of program delivery and business implementation. It works with senior leaders, program teams, and operational stakeholders to translate transformation objectives into practical actions that support readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes. The role operates in a complex, multi-stream environment where priorities evolve, initiatives overlap, and levels of readiness vary across the organization.
