Change Management Senior Associate - Consulting

We are looking for a highly motivated Change Management Senior Associate to join our Consulting team. In this role, you will support organizations in delivering successful business and digital transformation initiatives by driving stakeholder adoption, organizational readiness, and sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management workstreams across business and digital transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, training plans, and engagement activities.
• Design and facilitate workshops, focus group discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor change adoption, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
