JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to facilitate adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure effective transitions across systems, processes, and organizational structures. Works closely with cross-functional teams to assess impact, align stakeholders, and support readiness through strategic communication and targeted training.
