Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager with deep experience in corporate and investment banking to lead and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing structured change strategies that enable successful adoption of strategic programmes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives within a corporate banking environment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including executives, programme leads, and business heads, to align change initiatives with business objectives.
