Channel and Solutions Delivery Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Channel and Solutions Delivery Manager to drive delivery of digital banking features and solutions that support Group Cash Management and Singapore Commercial Banking objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of digital initiatives, enhance customer experience, and uphold product compliance across our digital banking channels.

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for key cash management products including cross‑border and domestic payments, receivables management, liquidity solutions, and mobile banking.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product owner for Cash Management solutions.
• Drive timely delivery of system features and enhancements, ensuring robust testing and smooth production deployment.
• Monitor and manage production system performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
