Customer Development - Channel Manager – HORECA
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Scope and Territory
Local territory specific to Central East Visayas, North Mindanao and South Mindanao.
Includes Hotels, Restaurants, FIBS and Caterers.
Works closely with Pull CDEs in the area and is lead in the total growth strategy and direction of the channel.
Location
Central East Visayas, North Mindanao and South Mindanao. Each area will have 1 CD Channel Manager – Horeca. The role extends to all Distributors in the area handling Horeca channel.
Job Purpose
With the recovering and accelerated growth of the HORECA channel post‑pandemic, the CDM Horeca role is essential to capitalize on opportunities in the Southern portion of the country. The role will lead customer opening and engagement, drive collaboration, ideation and solution exploration, and support the capability development of Pull CDE teammates.
