In Enterprise, we approach the market via 4 Sales Segments: SoHo, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), Corporate and Public Sector & Wholesale. SoHo in this context considers 1-5 employee companies and SME considers 6-250 employee companies.
As a key role of the SME Channel Management & Sales Distribution team, this role works across our shared sales channels ensuring they are optimised to deliver our MTP. This role sits within the SME Channel Improvement team and is responsible for delivering improvements in colleague and customer experience across our multiple sales channels.
