**Shift:** Night shift / Every third weekend and rotating holidays

**Position Purpose**

+ Participates with unit leadership in development and improvement of departmental processes.
+ Facilitates patient flow both in and out of the Emergency Department as well as enhances teamwork by providing guidance and support to all staff.
+ Takes responsibility for Outcomes Management, ensures that patient care is optimal and timely and that patient outcomes are within defined parameters.
+ Participates with unit leadership in development of Service Line initiatives and guiding staff in successfully completing process change.
