We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to lead our inpatient ward team, providing direction and support to both nurses and healthcare assistants. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
About the Role
As the Charge Nurse Manager – Ward, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward, support staff development and performance, and ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment. Working collaboratively across the hospital, you will drive service improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of clinical care, safety and compliance.
