Chartered Building Surveyor

The Role: I am recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor (Senior Building Surveyor) on behalf of Easton Bevins, a progressive and ambitious Property Consultancy. Easton Bevins has been established in Bristol for nearly 40 years, and their on-going success and reputation for technical and service excellence has resulted in the opening of offices in London, Cardiff, Birmingham and Manchester. Working in the North Bristol office (BS32), alongside a team of 10 Surveyors, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members (Graduates/ Interns), working for a wide variety of clients, assessing and providing technical advice on a diverse range of interesting projects (commercial, retail, high-rise developments, high-end residential, design specifications, refurbishments, fire remediation, cladding replacements, dilapidations, party wall and roofing projects etc.).
