Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparation of costings and proposals for charters. (Trip cost estimates)
- Liaison with Scheduling Manager in respect of aircraft and crewavailability as well as the most efficient and cost-effective utilisation ofthe crew
- Liaise with Legal section in respect of Charter Agreements and ensure allrelevant inclusions / exclusion / payment terms are covered
- Liaise with customer regarding the conclusion of the Charter Agreementand maintain regular interaction with the customer
- Hold pre-flight briefings with all concerned on charter flights ensuring allsections are aware of charter details
- Monitor all aspects of the charter flight
- Reconcile and verify all charter flight costs and ensure all payment termsare met
- Ensure business development through follow up on quotes provided andprospecting of possible new customers through research and ideas
