Job Description
Medilogistics is looking for a fresh and energetic Checker Grade 1 to join their team at the Medilog Hub in Vredenburg.
Business Processes
- Sorting of freight by zone per line-haul region.
- Adherence to the company policies and procedures within the basic conditions of the employment act.
- QA with Supervisor the consolidated bags per region
- Process freight and ensure MAWB’s (Master waybill) are correctly endorsed on consolidated freight
- Ensure MAWB labelled with the following content:
- MAWB has correct tracking number and sequence
- Full Consignee details included.
- Zone bags to be consolidated in Master consol bag/s
- Processing Return Parcels
- QA on the consol bags e.g holes etc and also on the seals utilized.
- Capture/Scan all information on Company’s operating system.
- Assisting with loading and offloading
