Chef-3 Days/30 Hrs per week

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef for a Healthcare unit in Limerick working 3 x 10 Hr shifts, 7:30am-5pm, 30 Hours per week.

Please note that Garda Vetting is a requirement for employment.

Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows:

To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.

To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.

To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.

To follow menu cycles on a monthly basis.

To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

Must have own Transport.

Healthcare experience, whilst desirable is not essential.
