This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches for resort guests, members, and visitors, ensuring excellent food standards and customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menus to a high standard. Ensure food is presented attractively and served promptly. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and storage.
