Data Center Operations Cluster Leader (Chef de Cluster) . This senior leadership role within Amazon Data Services Canada requires a proven technology manager ready to drive performance and people development at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Data Center Managers (minimum 6 front‑line supervisors depending on location) and 50–100 hourly employees within Regional Data Centers

Maintain overall accountability for safety, quality, performance, and customer experience across multiple shifts

Drive strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems; and address staffing needs
